Music at Hotel Marincanto in Positano
No DJs or bands are allowed. The hotel only permits live background music (i.e. – guitar & mandolin duo, string trio, etc) to be played in acoustic without amplification until max. 23.00 hrs. There are no dancing facilities but the venue can surely allow the couple’s first dance. Any music booked by the client must be authorized by the management. The venue has a sound system on the restaurant terrace and sundeck terrace so you can play background music with any support such as iPhone, or iPad the provision being music must be kept at a reasonable volume through the evening. Furthermore as per Italian law whenever there is music a government tax and permits are required for author fees SIAE.
